Tyler Wagner, PMHNP
Tyler Wagner is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in mental health nursing. He brings years of experience supporting individuals with mental health concerns to his role at Richer Health, where he provides mental health evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 and older in North Dakota.
Tyler’s experience as a nurse has shaped his understanding of the challenges individuals and families face when seeking mental health care. His approach emphasizes listening, understanding each patient’s concerns, and working collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that reflects their symptoms, preferences, and goals.
At Richer Health, Tyler strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their mental health. He offers both in-person and telehealth appointments and will begin seeing patients on October 12, 2026.
